A friend was drooling over a picture of these s’more brownies, and forwarded it to me while strongly suggesting that I make them sometime very soon. The concept is simple enough: a graham cracker crust topped with a fudgey brownie center, topped with toasted marshmallows. Needless to say, I didn’t need that much convincing. So, with the picture as my inspiration, I simply used my favorite brownie recipe (though a boxed mix would work equally well), and a simple graham cracker crust (graham cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt), and threw it in the oven. The verdict: They are sinfully rich, and delightfully sticky. A little hard to cut, but worth the extra effort. And best of all, they really do taste like s’mores! Enjoy!

Oh boy! This looks soooooo yummy. I would totally like to have s’more. 😀
Love the title! But love the S’more even more. Great idea.
I can tell that my kids would be begging for “more” of these amazing brownies.
Wow, this looks absolutely mouthwatering!
These look great:) Super chocolaty, I like!
YUM YUM AND…..YUM!!! lol
Dear S’more brownie: where have you been all my life?!
Try dipping a knife in hot water before cutting 😉
So, do you top it off with the marshmallows before you bake it or just at the end??? I want to make these pronto! 😉
After it’s baked and cooled, I line the marshmallows along the top, and stick it under the broiler for about 2 minutes (but watch it carefully so it doesn’t burn). Enjoy!
Thanks for visiting! =)
Will you share your favorite brownie recipe? I’ve been looking for a good fudgy one.
Yes, of course. I have always had great results/reviews using Ina Garten’s Outrageous Brownie recipe (without walnuts…since I am allergic to them). My grandmother used to make something very similar when I was a child, but her recipe was lost in time, so this one is a great stand in. Sometimes, depending on the size of the pan I am using, I will also cut the recipe in half. They are super dense, fudgey, and delicious. =) I hope that helps! Thanks for visiting!
I oil my knife when I cut sticky stuff, like marshmallow and caramel.
Those are possibly some of the most amazing brownies I have ever seen. These are so going on my list of random foods to try making.
I know, right? I have since tried them on the fly using a store bought brownie mix. It was also very tasty. So it can make a great, super quick and easy last minute dessert too!
Thanks for stopping by! =)
I hear 9 out of 10 dentists highly recommend this tasty treat!
